We are looking for a talented and experienced Franchise Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new franchise opportunities to expand our brand presence. This role requires strong networking skills, business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees.
Responsibilities:
Franchise Development:
Develop and implement strategies to identify and recruit potential franchisees.
Conduct market research to identify target regions and demographics for franchise expansion.
Evaluate franchise inquiries and applications to assess their suitability and alignment with company standards.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees, brokers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for franchise inquiries and provide information and support throughout the franchise development process.
Franchisee Support:
Provide guidance and support to franchisees during the onboarding process, including site selection, lease negotiation, and initial training.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that franchisees receive ongoing support and resources to maintain brand standards and operational excellence.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks for franchise expansion.
Analyze financial and performance data to evaluate the profitability and viability of potential franchise locations.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare franchise agreements, disclosure documents, and other legal documentation in collaboration with legal counsel.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and franchise disclosure laws in relevant jurisdictions.
