Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new franchise partners in the NCR.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective partners.
Provide support and guidance to franchisees during the onboarding process.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
Requirements:

Strong experience in franchise sales or similar business development roles.
