Franchise Development Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, approach, and engage potential franchise partners. Present and explain franchise opportunities, including business model, investment details, and benefits. Conduct market research to identify potential locations and target markets. Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close franchise sales. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support franchisee onboarding and training. Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and meetings.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective partners. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus. Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:

Business development: 1 year (Preferred) Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
