Job Summary: The Franchise Development Manager is responsible for expanding the company's franchise network by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding potential franchise partners. The role involves strategic planning, lead generation, relationship management, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new franchisees in alignment with company standards. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential franchise partners across assigned regions. Develop and execute strategies for franchise network expansion. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective investors. Evaluate franchise applicants' business background and financial capability. Coordinate with legal and finance teams for franchise agreement execution. Assist in the setup and launch of new franchise centers. Maintain regular communication and relationship with existing franchisees. Monitor franchise performance and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Prepare reports on franchise sales progress and market trends. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events for franchise marketing. --- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in franchise development, business expansion, or sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of franchise models and operations. Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented personality.
