Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Franchise Coordinator

to manage and support the daily operations of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in franchise management, operations coordination, or business development. This role involves ensuring consistent brand standards across all franchise outlets, assisting franchisees with operational needs, and supporting the implementation of company strategies and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the main point of contact between the franchisor and franchisees. Support franchisees in launching new outlets, including site setup, staff training, and compliance with brand standards. Monitor franchise performance and ensure adherence to operational guidelines and company policies. Coordinate communication, reports, and feedback between corporate management and franchise partners. Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns across franchise locations. Conduct periodic audits and evaluations to maintain quality and service standards. Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide operational support and guidance to franchise owners to help achieve business targets. Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure franchise documentation, contracts, and payments are accurate and up-to-date. Organize training programs and workshops to enhance franchise performance and brand consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in franchise operations, coordination, or business support. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple franchise units and stakeholders effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems. Knowledge of franchise business models, agreements, and operational standards. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
