Key Responsibilities:

Drive franchise acquisition and business expansion initiatives Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with potential partners Support franchise onboarding, training, and documentation Maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure growth and satisfaction Analyze market trends and competitor strategies for territory development Track performance metrics and provide strategic inputs to leadership Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for effective execution

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in franchise/business development/sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel and meet business targets Passion for healthcare and community impact
