Position Overview
The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the franchise network of Samruddhi Amruth Chaha by identifying potential franchise partners, managing lead pipelines, executing franchise sales strategies, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new franchisees. This role requires strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise Sales & Expansion
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners across Bangalore and nearby regions.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
- Attend franchise expos, events, and networking activities to generate leads.
- Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and follow-ups.
2. Lead Generation & Management
- Manage inbound and outbound franchise leads from multiple channels.
- Maintain a structured lead tracker and update progress regularly.
- Qualify potential leads based on financial capability, interest level, and brand understanding.
3. Franchise Onboarding & Documentation
- Guide franchisees through the entire onboarding process, including documentation and agreement signing.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for timely agreement execution.
- Ensure franchisees receive operational, marketing, and store setup support.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market surveys to identify high-potential locations in Bangalore for new outlets.
- Analyze competitor franchise models, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide inputs to senior management on expansion strategies.
5. Relationship Management
- Maintain positive relationships with franchise partners even after onboarding.
- Act as a point of contact for franchise-related queries.
- Assist in resolving franchise concerns in coordination with internal teams.
