About the Role

GD Goenka Healthcare is looking for an experienced

Franchise Acquisition Manager

to expand its PAN-India academy network. The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing franchise partners while driving growth aligned with the organization's standards and vision.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development & Acquisition

Identify and onboard potential franchise partners across India Present and explain the GD Goenka Healthcare franchise model to investors Conduct franchisee evaluations, discussions, and due diligence Negotiate and close franchise agreements in coordination with management and legal teams Ensure franchisees understand SOPs, compliance, and operational expectations

Sales & Market Expansion

Drive franchise acquisition targets and regional expansion Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and campaigns Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events

Relationship Management & Reporting

Build long-term relationships with franchise partners Support franchise onboarding and transition phases Prepare sales updates, lead reports, and MIS for management
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 7-8 years of experience in franchise sales or business development Experience in education or healthcare sector preferred Strong understanding of franchise models and compliance Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Willingness to travel PAN-India
