To generate high-quality franchise leads, drive closures in assigned territories, and support potential franchisees in understanding the SBS Food Mart and shopee business model.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Lead Generation
Implement local campaigns, digital outreach, and event participation.
Maintain and nurture pipeline via CRM tools.
Sales Conversion
Conduct investor meetings, ROI presentations, and site inspections.
Prepare franchisee proposal documents and coordinate due diligence.
Franchisee Support
Guide prospects on setup requirements, cost estimations, and process timelines.
Liaise with HO for legal, financial, and operational onboarding steps.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
3-8 years in franchise or channel sales.
High energy, target-oriented, with excellent persuasion skills.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA is a plus.
KPIs:
Number of leads generated.
Conversion ratio (lead to deal).
Franchisee satisfaction during onboarding.
Timeliness of follow-ups and closures.
