The ESG Research Team

We drive ESG Book's research and are responsible for investigating and assessing core ESG risks + opportunities faced by companies in the ESG Book rating universe. We are looking for new passionate, competent, and technically skilled team members who like to work in a collaborative environment to innovate, advance, and contribute to the development of the ESG Book technology. You will be part of the global ESG Research Team and work on a wide variety of projects with a focus on ESG, climate, corporate governance, and sustainability data. In this, your main responsibility will be evaluating ESG performance, controversies, and product involvement of publicly traded companies globally.

Requirements

We are looking to hire an Intern with some knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting to join our team and contribute to ESG Book's global growth. You will be responsible and accountable for contributing to the growth of ESG Book's knowledge library product and for ensuring consistently high-quality research.

Responsibilities

• Extract and classify sustainability standards to integrate them into our technology platforms
• Maintain and developing knowledge of sustainability frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SASB)
• Work with our team to bring products to market and improve our platform user experience

• are fresher and wants to develop a good understanding of sustainability concepts
• have any prior coding experience (not mandatory), or willingness to learn
• are enthusiastic to develop their research skills and support the growth of a unique platform

• possess an excellent command of the English language--speaking and writing
• are not afraid of new empirical challenges and learning a new area of expertise
• possess excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• pay close attention to detail and maintain high quality research standards
