What We're Looking For:

• Strong Framer Expertise: You're confident working with Framer's canvas, components, and publishing workflows.
• Design-to-Development Skills: You can translate designs from tools like Figma or Sketch into fully functional Framer websites.
• UI/UX Understanding: You have a good grasp of layout principles, design systems, and user experience best practices.
• Responsive Thinking: You ensure seamless performance across devices and screen sizes.
• Interactive Mindset: You enjoy building animations, microinteractions, and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborative Approach: You work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Detail-Oriented: You pay attention to performance, SEO, and visual consistency.
• Growth Mindset: You're eager to learn, improve, and work on evolving digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate designs from Figma/Sketch into functional Framer websites.
• Build responsive layouts with complex animations and microinteractions.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement custom features using APIs, analytics tools, and custom code when required.
• Publish websites directly through Framer, ensuring optimal performance and SEO.
• Set up and manage CMS-driven content within Framer.
• Optimize websites for speed, usability, and cross-device compatibility.
• Support ongoing updates, iterations, and improvements to live projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Framer.
• 1-3 years of experience working with Framer or similar no-code/low-code web tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and modern design patterns.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs, analytics, and custom code.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (when needed).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with a team.
