About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Fractional Controller - US Accounting

to oversee financial operations for US-based clients. This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of US accounting processes, and the ability to enforce

deadlines, SOP adherence, and financial discipline

across teams. The ideal candidate must have

excellent English communication skills

and a

hands-on problem-solving mindset

.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

end-to-end US accounting operations

, including month-end and year-end close. Review and ensure accuracy of

financial statements

(P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Enforce

strict adherence to SOPs, accounting policies, and internal controls

. Own and manage

close calendars, reporting deadlines, and compliance timelines

. Provide guidance and review work of accounting and bookkeeping teams. Act as the primary point of contact for

US clients, CPAs, auditors, and stakeholders

. Identify process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Resolve accounting issues with a

solution-oriented and proactive approach

. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with

US GAAP

and client-specific reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Accounting or Finance

(CPA preferred). Strong experience as a

Controller / Senior Accounting Manager

for US clients. Deep knowledge of

US GAAP and US accounting processes

.

Excellent spoken and written English

(mandatory). Proven ability to

enforce deadlines, SOP compliance, and accountability

. Strong

problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

. Hands-on experience with

QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite

, or similar ERP systems. Comfortable working independently in a

fractional, client-facing role

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,593,392.66 per year
