Job Title: Clay Expert / Clay.com Specialist (Freelance or Full-Time)

We are seeking a seasoned Clay.com Expert to guide ISHIR (www.ishir.com), a global software development and technology consulting company, in building a world-class outbound and data-driven growth engine using Clay.



You will deep-dive into how leading software development, IT services, staffing, and digital engineering companies (e.g. BairesDev, EPAM, Ciandt, Andela, Turing, Globant, etc.) successfully leverage Clay for prospecting, data enrichment, multi-channel campaigns, and pipeline generation.



Your core responsibilities include designing the right data enrichment strategy, recommending and implementing the best integrations (LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, email tools, etc.), building high-converting campaigns, defining the ideal buyer personas and ICP for a software services business, and training our sales & marketing teams on Clay best practices.



Must-have: 3+ years of hands-on Clay experience with proven success running outbound campaigns specifically for software development, IT services, or B2B tech services companies; strong understanding of technographic, intent, and firmographic enrichment for the software outsourcing space.
