About the Role

You will be responsible for providing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting of revenue for Elsevier Health Science unit. This role will support by maintaining and developing dashboards and ad-hoc reporting using our Planning and Budgeting tools.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Providing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting of revenue for Elsevier business unit

\xc2\xb7 Supporting the Centres of Expertise teams by maintaining and developing dashboards using Elsevier\'s Planning and Budgeting Tools

\xc2\xb7 Assisting Business Controller in monthly, quarterly & yearly deliverables. Develop tools to improve and standardize reporting, analysis, and insights of the Elsevier Business.

\xc2\xb7 Assisting in ad-hoc projects and queries to help other Analysts and Business Controllers with their day-to-day operational responsibilities.

\xc2\xb7 Reviewing P&L and preparing variance analysis on key accounts movements.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Experience of 2-5 years in a financial planning and accounting role with bachelor\'s in finance or accounting

\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge and understanding of financial and management accounting, process and systems.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work in financial technical and analytical skills and should be flexible,\xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude and willing to learn

\xc2\xb7 Be skilled in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
