:
Responsible for selling agricultural inputs to Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) through telecalling and inside sales, managing bulk orders and building long-term FPO relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Telecalling to engage FPOs for agri input sales.
Understand FPO crop plans and input requirements.
Pitch and close bulk orders (seeds, fertilizers, crop protection).
Coordinate pricing, order processing, and delivery.
Maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Skills Required.
Knowledge of agri inputs and crop cycles.
Understanding of FPO procurement processes.
Strong communication & negotiation skills (Hindi required).
Basic CRM and computer skills Qualification & Experience Diploma/Graduate in Agriculture (preferred) with 1-4 years experience in agri or FPO sales.
Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-linked incentives.
