General Summary:

• Knowledge of system-level architecture including buses like ARM processor bringup, AXI/AHB, bridges, memory controllers such as DDR/Nand. Knowledge of peripheral emulation like PCIE/USB is a plus. Familiarity with Verilog/Vhdl and General Digital Logic Design concepts

• Strong working knowledge of UNIX environment and scripting languages such as Perl or shell

• Excellent problem solving and debug skills on FPGA platform

• Working knowledge with FPGA synthesis tools like synplicity or equivalent

• Working knowledge XILINX Virtex FPGA architecture and experience with ISE tool flow

• Validation of FPGA builds in Pre-Si environment

• Post-Si validation experience is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
2-6yrs experience FPGA emulation
