The Carrier finance department has an opening for a Specialist role within the Supply Chain Finance group. This position will require interaction with finance contacts in all Carrier segment and business units, World Headquarters FP&A teams, Carrier global operations team and the digital technology team.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive Productivity in a $4 billion global spend across logistics and indirect material Indirect & Logistics productivity projects review and approval to move from WAVE to PSR Partner with global category leaders and regional operations finance team to review and analyze projects to identify financial implications and risks Prepare monthly spend and productivity reporting packages for indirect and logistics Standardize and assist in the preparation of productivity target guidance and status updates Analyze data to identify potential risks and opportunities for stakeholders (global and regional teams) Support the Director Supply Chain Finance leader, with ad hoc analytics and requests. Work closely with Supply Chain COE team on various projects and reporting Drive standardization and process improvement across all aspects of planning and reporting, including sharing best practices. Conduct financial analysis of actual results and forecast/planning scenarios related to operations productivity

Requirements



Financial Management system experience (HFM) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Independent driven problem solver Attention to accuracy and execution is a must Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment Excellent time management and project management skills Ability to summarize key messages from analysis of raw data Previous experience with productivity analysis preferred
