We are looking for an experienced

Senior FP&A Opex Consultant

to lead Opex management processes and drive strategic financial transformations. This role involves managing day-to-day financial operations while implementing improvements to workflows, tools, and reporting frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FP&A strategy, Opex CoE leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Opex Management

:

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Opex across departments. Develop and distribute financial models and dashboards to track Opex performance. Ensure the accuracy and alignment of Opex data with financial objectives.

Strategic Leadership

:

Lead the establishment of an Opex Center of Excellence (CoE). Implement standardized tools, processes, and reporting structures. Drive FP&A transformation initiatives, including automation and self-service tools.

Collaboration and Governance

:

Work closely with executives and department leaders to optimize Opex spending. Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies through standardized processes. Provide high-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Process Improvement

:

Assess existing workflows and propose enhancements for efficiency and scalability. Guide the adoption of best practices in Opex management across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) preferred. 5+ years of FP&A experience, particularly in Opex management. Expertise in financial systems (e.g., Adaptive), advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA), and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau). Proven ability to lead financial strategy and transformation initiatives. Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
