Role Overview

You will build and maintain the

data and reporting models

that power client insights. This role is

numbers-first.

You will work in Excel, accounting exports, and dashboards, ensuring outputs tie to source data and are client-ready.

What You Will Do

Build monthly reporting packs: P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow summaries, KPI dashboards Build custom data tracking systems to map and track information across departments Create and maintain forecasting models: budgets, rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, runway and cash flow forecasts Extract and clean data from QBO/Xero and supporting systems (bank, payroll, Shopify, Stripe) Maintain COA mappings and KPI definitions to ensure consistency across months Reconcile outputs to source systems and document adjustments and assumptions Improve templates and build repeatable reporting processes with error checks and QA logic

Must-Have Skills

Advanced Excel modeling skills (structured models, checks, clean logic) Strong technical skills and understanding of GAAP Strong reconciliation mindset and accuracy standards Strong accounting understanding: AR, AP, prepaids, accruals, deferred revenue basics Comfort working with QuickBooks Online or Xero exports and reports Ability to build cash flow forecasts and driver-based models

Nice to Have

Power Query, Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau Fathom, Datarails, or similar FP&A tools Exposure to SaaS metrics, agency utilization, or e-commerce payouts

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
