As a Manager, you will spearhead high-impact projects, guide and develop diverse teams, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leadership alike. Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive FP&A, accounting or operations experience within multinational / global organizations.
Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline (MBA, CMA, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Deep expertise in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance & trend analysis, and advanced financial-modelling techniques.
Proven expertise with enterprise finance systems and BI / visual-analytics tools--ideally SAP ECC/BW, Anaplan, Analysis for Office, Tableau and Power BI--and the ability to master new technologies quickly.
Demonstrated project-management capability including the ability to scope, plan, and deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to break down complex data into clear, influential narratives for executive audiences.
Demonstrated leadership excellence, including vision-building, role modeling, mentoring talent, and leading cross-functional teams through change.
Expertise in integrating technology and digital platforms to streamline operations, maximize value, and support strategic business initiatives.
Demonstrated commitment to talent development, succession planning, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Track record of influencing executive decisions and positioning finance as a strategic business partner.
