Job Title:

Four Bar Rotary Machine Man / Operator

Job Purpose:

To operate and maintain the Four Bar Rotary Cutting & Creasing Machine efficiently, ensuring accurate cutting, slotting, and creasing of corrugated sheets as per job specifications and maintaining product quality and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation:

Set up and operate the

Four Bar Rotary Machine

for cutting, creasing, and slotting corrugated sheets as per job order. Adjust machine settings for

slot depth, creasing pressure, and cutting blades

according to box design and size. Ensure proper alignment and feeding of corrugated sheets to maintain accuracy and minimize wastage. Continuously monitor machine performance and sheet quality during production.

Production & Quality:

Ensure all jobs are produced as per production plan and customer specifications. Check dimensions, creasing, and slot positions of the sheets for accuracy. Maintain proper records of production, downtime, and material usage. Optimize material usage to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Maintenance & Safety:

Carry out routine cleaning and lubrication of the machine. Report any mechanical or operational issues immediately to the maintenance department. Follow safety protocols and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times. Ensure the work area is clean and organized.

Coordination:

Coordinate with the

printing, corrugation, and stitching departments

for smooth workflow. Supervise helpers assigned to the machine and ensure proper material handling. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding job progress and any issues.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
