We are hiring for foundry production manager

Only candidates with direct experience in foundry production will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and implement production schedules, considering customer orders, lead times, and available resources.

Process Optimization:

Identify and implement improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize defects.

Quality Control:

Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process, including raw materials, in-process inspections, and final product quality.

Material Management:

Coordinate raw material requirements, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery to the foundry.

Personnel Management:

Supervise and motivate foundry workers, manage performance, and conduct necessary training.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, quality control, and procurement.

Reporting:

Provide regular production reports to senior management, including key metrics, challenges, and recommendations.

Pay: ?15,921.13 - ?30,427.01 per month
