Job Overview
We are launching a
new digital marketing venture focused purely on lead generation and revenue outcomes
. We are hiring our
first and most critical employee
-- a
founding stakeholder
who has
personally built digital marketing or lead generation businesses from zero to growth
.
This role is
not suitable for agency-only managers, executors without ownership, or candidates who have worked only in stable, structured environments
. We are looking for a
business builder
.
Key Responsibilities
Build the lead generation business
from scratch
(strategy ? execution ? scale)
Take
end-to-end ownership
of lead generation, revenue contribution, and performance
Design and implement
B2B lead generation systems
(inbound & outbound)
Build, hire, train, and manage the
core digital marketing team
Define SOPs, KPIs, reporting structures, and execution standards
Ensure
lead quality, client satisfaction, and retention
Continuously adapt strategies based on
current market realities
Act as a
stakeholder
, contributing to long-term business decisions
Required Experience & Profile
Proven experience in
building a digital marketing / lead generation function from zero
Demonstrated success in
revenue generation and scalable growth
Strong background in
B2B service-based marketing
Experience working in
startup or early-stage environments
Ability to work with
full ownership and minimal supervision
Strong leadership, decision-making, and execution mindset
Comfortable being evaluated
strictly on results and revenue
