Core Responsibilities
Lead direct sales outreach -- identify prospects, run outbound campaigns, conduct product demos, qualify leads, and drive pipeline growth.
Work directly with potential customers, enable trial runs, gather feedback, and drive product adoption.
Set measurable product goals, track KPIs, and optimize performance.
Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy for AI products.
Conduct user research and analyze data to validate insights and prioritize features.
Own UX and CSAT metrics; partner with engineering to deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences.
Define metrics, review dashboards, and establish success criteria.
Stay current on AI/ML trends to inform product direction.
