What You'll Work On:

You'll own and execute growth initiatives across key channels with a focus on high-quality lead generation, ICP engagement, and brand authority:
1. SEO & Organic Discovery:
Plan and execute an SEO strategy for inbound growth
Use AI/LLMs for content ideation, clustering, and optimization
2. SEM (Performance Marketing):
Manage Google Ads focused on competitor and category keywords
Continuously optimize for CAC, conversion rate, and pipeline velocity
3. Social & Community Marketing (Organic):
Create and share content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Slack, G2, and ICP communities
Monitor relevant conversations and plug in value-added content
4. Content & Thought Leadership:
Develop blogs, playbooks, and opinion pieces that resonate with SaaS decision-makers
Collaborate with internal experts for founder-led content and external contributors for co-marketing
5. Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns:
Build and segment ICP contact lists
Run high-conversion nurture campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar
6. Events & Webinars:
Research relevant global SaaS events for brand participation
Plan, host, and promote webinars with industry voices and prospects
