The Role
We move fast and ship what matters. You will:
xe2x96xaaxefxb8x8f Work directly with the founder to build 0 xe2x86x92 1 features on a LAMP stack
xe2x96xaaxefxb8x8f Architect and maintain multi-agent workflows (CrewAI, LangGraph, or custom)
xe2x96xaaxefxb8x8f Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, vector stores, and inline citations
xe2x96xaaxefxb8x8f Stand up staging / pre-prod / prod environments with branch-based deploys, migrations, smoke tests, and instant rollback
xe2x96xaaxefxb8x8f Build CI/CD, containerisation, and structured logging + alerting (Datadog/Sentry/ELK) so every push is safe and observable
xe2x96xaaxefxb8x8f Create high-throughput bulk processors that queue 10 k+ PDFs, stream progress, and cap token spend
xe2x96xaaxefxb8x8f Integrate with LMS APIs (Canvas, Moodle) and SSO (OAuth, SAML)
xe2x96xaaxefxb8x8f Ship educator-facing dashboards, settings, and analytics with minimal hand-holding
