Role Overview We\'re seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to be a cornerstone in the development and scaling of our Postgres-first data-movement platform. This is a rare opportunity to join an innovative team at an early stage, and to have a substantial impact on the architecture, design, and scaling of PeerDB\'s managed offering. Responsibilities Convert our design / wireframes to production managed offering. Architect, implement, and manage the full-stack infrastructure of PeerDB Develop frontend services using Next.js and backend services leveraging GRPC Collaborate closely with the founding team to iterate on product vision and strategy Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and code reviews Skills Required 3+ years of experience in full-stack development Expertise in Next.js, Postgres, and GRPC APIs is essential Experience working with cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure) Proficient in version control systems like Git Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative solutions Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience Previous startup experience is an asset Familiarity with data-movement paradigms and real-time data processing is highly desirable
