Brainwire Business Analytics, a GTM-focused organization, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Operations Executive
to work closely with the
Founder's Office - Sales Team
. This role will support sales operations, streamline processes, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact to explain sales processes and required information to clients
Coordinate and manage client communication across the sales cycle
Conduct and facilitate daily stand-up meetings with the sales team
Monitor and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Track sales metrics and share performance updates with the Founder's Office
Support sales growth initiatives and process improvements
Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding targets
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and leadership
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in
Sales Operations, Sales Process, or Founder's Office roles
Prior experience working in a
GTM (Go-To-Market) driven environment
Basic understanding of
sales reporting, tracking, and analysis
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to work closely with leadership and fast-paced teams
