Job Summary:

As a Founder's Office Associate, you'll be at the core of business strategy, execution, and problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can juggle multiple responsibilities, and wants to make a visible impact on the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Founder on high-priority projects across departments Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions Track and analyze performance metrics across business units Prepare internal reports, pitch decks, and presentations Help coordinate special initiatives and cross-functional projects Manage confidential tasks and ensure timely execution of action items

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, startup ops, or project management Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Problem-solver with a bias for action Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides)

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in a startup or founder's office role Understanding of financials, business models, or digital marketing
