Position Overview



Studio Underground is looking for a proactive, well-organized Personal Assistant who will be a key part of the

Founder's Office

. The PA will handle local client coordination, internal team communication, documentation, and day-to-day operational tasks.


The role requires maturity, responsibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage work while coordinating closely with the Founder's Office and Creative Head.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsibilities within the Founder's Office



Support the Founder with day-to-day tasks, communication, and operational Requirements. Draft and manage emails, documents, letters, proposals, and presentations. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Assist in planning, prioritization, and workflow management for the Founder's Office.

2. Local Client Coordination (Dehradun)



Serve as the primary point of contact for Dehradun-based clients. Schedule meetings, gather Requirements, and maintain regular communication. Ensure consistent follow-ups on approvals, deliverables, and feedback. Represent the Founder's Office professionally in all client interactions.

3. Coordination with Creative Head



Communicate creative briefs, instructions, and updates to the Dehradun teams. Share daily progress updates from teams to the Creative Head. Ensure clarity and timely execution of creative tasks and project Requirements.

4. Internal Team Coordination



Coordinate with production, editing, and creative teams on ongoing tasks. Follow up on deadlines, track progress, and escalate issues when needed. Conduct internal meetings and prepare clear Minutes of Meeting (MoMs). Maintain structured communication between leadership and teams.

5. Administrative & Office Support



Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for the Founder's Office. Organize documentation, maintain project files, and keep records updated. Support smooth day-to-day operations of the Dehradun office.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Strong drafting and documentation abilities. High level of professionalism and responsibility. Strong follow-up skills and accountability. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic project tracking tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
