As part of our next phase of growth, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join the Founder's Office--someone who can work closely with leadership, drive execution, and ensure seamless functioning across teams.
Role Overview
The Founder's Office role is a multi-disciplinary position responsible for supporting the Founder across
HR, Operations, and Business Development
. This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience in a marketing agency, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is capable of handling a wide range of strategic and execution-focused responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Management
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews.
Manage onboarding, documentation, attendance, and basic HR operations.
Support performance reviews, team coordination, and culture-building activities.
Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance.
2. Operations Management
Ensure smooth workflow across departments by coordinating with internal teams.
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and task follow-ups.
Assist the founder with project tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency improvements.
Handle vendor coordination, documentation, and office management tasks.
3. Business Development Support
Assist in lead management, follow-ups, and preparing pitch decks/proposals.
Coordinate with potential clients for meetings, presentations, and communication.
Support the founder in research, outreach planning, and sales operations.
Maintain the CRM, track conversions, and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience working in a marketing/digital agency
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of agency workflows, client servicing dynamics, and marketing fundamentals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
