The Role
This is a senior ownership role reporting directly to the founders.
You will run day-to-day business operations across training delivery, SaaS coordination, and foundation activities. Your job is to bring order, speed, and accountability to the organisation so that delivery, payments, follow-ups, and decisions do not depend on founders being available.

What will you own:
End-to-end business operations across training, SaaS, and foundation initiatives
Immediate response and tracking of all inbound client and training requests
Ownership of internal systems.
Creation, documentation, and enforcement of SOPs, SLAs, and policies
Trainer coordination, scheduling discipline, and delivery tracking
Invoicing, payment tracking, and systematic follow-ups
Follow-ups and escalations with founders, trainers, and partners until closure
Weekly operational planning, reporting, and risk tracking
Operational setup and execution support for the Foundation
Identification of gaps, inefficiencies, and risks before they become problems
What success looks like:
No task is untracked or silently blocked
Client requests are responded to quickly and consistently
Payments are followed up without reminders from founders
Systems reflect reality at all times
Founders are pushed for decisions instead of being waited on
The company runs smoothly even when founders are busy
