We're looking for a sharp, curious, and high-energy individual to work closely with the CEO on high-impact projects and strategic priorities. Youll collaborate directly with the leadership team, drive cross-functional initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our journey.

What You'll Do

Work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives across product, growth, and client success Lead and manage cross-functional projects across product, operations, and customer success Work closely with enterprise clients and internal teams to drive initiatives from 0 to 1 Drive cross-functional projects with sales product, Support and operations teams Identify and solve high-leverage problems with speed, clarity, and ownership Conduct deep research, analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support decision-making

What Were Looking For

3 - 7 years of experience in consulting, startups, VC, or strategic roles Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes Comfortable working closely with senior leaders and managing multiple priorities * Bonus: Interest or experience in SaaS, AI, or customer experience domains
