FairDeal.Market is an enabler between new-age brands and retailers. We come with the vision of making the retail space a level playing field for the new players. Our communication and distribution channels help to provide homegrown and small-scale brands to acquire shelf space in retail stores and visibility in front of the end consumer.

Our expertise in procuring real-time supply chain analytics and data on the availability of stock units and the need of customers from the retailers directly to the brands. This data helps in predicting the availability and demand of the products in the market and then customizing the production of said products to fulfill the gap.

About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the founder and leadership team in various operational and strategic tasks
2. Provide executive assistance, market research, data management, event coordination, and relationship building
3. Create daily reports and daily updates on the key metrics and monitoring them

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 1000 per sale).
