As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work closely with the Founder's office team members, supporting strategic initiatives, operations, and projects across both divisions. This role demands ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Founder in strategic planning, decision-making, and business expansion initiatives for logistics and IT. Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across divisions. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to support decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and ensure smooth workflow. Assist in business development, partnerships, and key negotiations. Handle high-priority special projects requiring quick execution. Support hiring, onboarding, and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Operations, IT, or related fields. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data analytics tools. Prior experience in a startup or high-growth business is a plus.
