About the Role
This is a
hands-on, high-learning internship
where you'll act as the Founder's right hand -- managing recruiting, daily operations, research, coordination, and anything needed to keep things moving.
If you're someone who enjoys learning by doing, loves structure yet thrives in chaos, and doesn't mind wearing multiple hats -- this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, and coordination.
Assist in daily business operations, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Manage outreach, marketing, and documentation across service lines.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in business development.
Be available to support ad-hoc founder priorities -- from client prep to backend admin tasks.
Join meetings, virtual events, or in-person discussions as needed.
Who You Are
A self-starter who can handle responsibility and execution with minimal supervision.
Willing to do "whatever it takes" to help the Founder move things forward.
Excellent in communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
Organized, adaptable, and genuinely curious about recruiting, HR, and startups.
Based near Noida (preferred) and open to hybrid work.
Background:
HR, Business, Marketing, or Operations. Freshers welcome if highly driven and committed.
