About the Role
This is not a routine internship -- it's a chance to work directly with the Founder of Recruiting Genie LLP and gain
multi-dimensional exposure
across partnerships, operations, people engagement, and brand-building. If you're curious, adaptable, and eager to learn how startups scale, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
Build & manage relationships with
Employers, Training Institutes, Colleges, Recruiting Firms, and Staff Augmentation Companies
across India.
Founder's Office Support:
Manage calendar, handle calls/emails, and support research & preparation for meetings.
Candidate Engagement:
Communicate with candidates availing
career support & training services
.
Representation:
Attend business meetings/events (virtual & in-person) to represent Recruiting Genie LLP.
Brand Awareness:
Support social media & communication initiatives to boost visibility.
Optional (Recruitment Exposure)
If the intern is interested, they can also:
Assist recruiters with
sourcing, screening, and coordination
for live mandates.
Learn how end-to-end hiring cycles are managed in startups & SMEs.
Support in building talent pipelines for project-based hiring.
