Track day-to-day progress across development, QA, HR, content, and ops teams.
Follow up with team members on deadlines, blockers, and pending items.
Ensure no update or commitment slips through cracks.
2. Meetings & Notes
Attend internal meetings (in place of the founder) ? take structured notes, maintain action trackers, and ensure follow-ups.
Join select client meetings with the founder as support ? prepare minutes, chase action items.
Deliver
daily update summaries
to the founder.
3. Dashboards & Reporting
Create a
weekly execution dashboard
(status of projects, missed follow-ups, blockers).
Keep a live tracker for action items so the founder can see what's pending without chasing.
4. Special Support (as needed)
Help with HR/content/ops coordination (when it links to tech execution).
Support vendor discussions or small-scale expansion pilots when assigned.
Prepare briefing notes/slides for the founder on ad-hoc topics.
