who can work closely with the CEO and support day-to-day operations, strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the CEO with daily tasks, priorities, and follow-ups
Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare reports, presentations, documentation & meeting notes
Conduct research to support decision-making
Manage schedules, reminders & task tracking
Assist with HR, operations, vendor coordination & communication
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Use AI tools for writing, research, automation & productivity
Take ownership of small projects end-to-end
Who Can Apply?
Any graduate / MBA student / fresher
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Organised, detail-oriented & great at multitasking
Proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace
Fast learner with a proactive & positive attitude
Enthusiastic about using
AI tools
(ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation apps, etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
