Key Responsibilities:
Act as the right hand to the founder for all team-related operations
Coordinate with different team members and ensure timely task completion
Track project progress and identify roadblocks or delays
Ensure smooth internal communication across all functions
Proactively spot gaps in workflow, communication, or efficiency -- and help solve them
Support in setting up processes and systems where needed
Help the founder stay organized and on top of daily priorities

Strong communication and leadership skills
Extremely organized, reliable, and self-driven
A quick thinker who enjoys solving problems
Comfortable managing multiple people and priorities
Not afraid to take initiative and speak up when something's off
Interest in operations, startups, or people management
