The

Founder's Office Intern

plays a central role in driving high-priority initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling the leadership team to focus on scaling the company. This is a high-exposure role where you will work closely with the Founder on strategic and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Founder in day-to-day operational tasks and project execution. Conduct research on industries, competitors, and market trends to support strategic initiatives. Work on

lead generation, outreach, and pipeline building

for business development. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives. Handle ad-hoc tasks with agility in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

Strong organizational and research skills. Can take up any new tool and use it. Excellent communication and story telling skills. High sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to fail and learn quickly. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing requirements.

Good-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with lead-gen platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Exposure to start-ups, consulting, or campus leadership roles. Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of data handling (Excel/Sheets functions, dashboards).
