Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Founder's Office associate to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our sales and marketing efforts, while closely working with the founder to contribute towards growth of Reczee. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 job and demands a high level of ownership and offers significant learning opportunities from the early stages of a startup's journey.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to all functions, including but not limited to, sales, marketing, operations, hiring, and product
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and qualify prospects through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Research potential clients and tailor messaging to align with their needs and pain points.
  • Closely with the founder to develop and refine sales strategies and outreach tactics.
  • Work towards various marketing initiatives to drive inbound leads.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • This is an execution-heavy role that requires excellent problem solving skills and fast-learning abilities
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and entrepreneurship.
  • Experience in B2B Sales/SDR/BDR role (internship/full-time) would be a big plus.
  • Freshers who want to get exposure into sales and marketing are highly recommended (provided they have some internship experience in the field)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong skills in tracking & maintaining prospect information over spreadsheets (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not required.
