Role:
As a Founder's Office Growth Intern
, you'll be directly working with the founding team to expand EarlyJobs college partnerships across India. Think of this role as part outreach, part relationship-building, and part problem-solving -- a real taste of how startups scale.
What you'll do:
Reach out to Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) of colleges via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Pitch EarlyJobs value to colleges and help arrange partnership meetings for the founders.
Work closely with the founding team on strategies to improve outreach, conversion, and partnerships.
Maintain records of outreach and meetings in shared dashboards.
Learn the ins and outs of startup growth, sales, and partnerships in a hands-on way.
