Partner with the Founder to identify, plan, and execute growth opportunities across business verticals
Drive market research, competitor analysis, and data-backed insights to support decision-making
Coordinate with teams across marketing, sales, operations, and product to ensure alignment on growth priorities
Monitor performance metrics and create actionable dashboards to track progress of initiatives
Prepare investor decks, business reports, and other strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders
Take ownership of special projects -- from conception to execution -- ensuring measurable outcomes
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
Assist in partnership development and strategic alliances to expand market reach
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, growth, or a high-impact business role (internships in similar roles count)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to switch between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfort with data analysis, research, and working with numbers
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
* Prior startup experience is a plus but not mandatory
