Role Overview
As part of the Founders Office - Growth, you will work closely with the founding team to solve high-priority strategic, operational, and analytical challenges across the organisation. This is a high-ownership position with direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of Toyo Kombucha and future brands under K95 Foods.
Main Responsibilities
Analyse and measure growth performance across channels (Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Modern Trade, B2B, Exports).
Improve internal analytics, reporting, and data visibility for faster and more effective decision-making.
Develop and implement strategies for market expansion, category growth, pricing, promotions, and retention.
Provide data-backed assessments of strategic initiatives, product launches, and campaign effectiveness.
Identify bottlenecks, operational inefficiencies, and business loopholes and recommend improvements.
Work closely with founders on high-impact cross-functional projects including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.
Build and optimise MIS dashboards, forecasting models, and growth KPI trackers.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketplaces, distributors, and strategic partners.
Support investor reporting, fundraising materials, and leadership presentations when required.
Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
Required Skills & Competencies
Master's degree from a reputed institution.
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Strategy / Growth / Business Analysis / Consulting / MIS / Analytics.
Experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / D2C / E-commerce / Quick Commerce preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker / SQL).
Strong analytical ability to convert data into meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership, bias for action, and target-driven mindset.
