Graduate Engineer Intern

Cre-AID Labs is looking for motivated individuals who want to create a real-world impact. You will work closely with the Founder to support product execution, operations and manufacturing coordination in the medical rehabilitation space.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Founder in coordinating product development and operational activities.

Prototyping using 3D printing

and related tools and processes. Conduct testing, analyze outcomes, and document results. Maintain structured

projects and process documentation

. Support

daily operations and production improvements

. Assist in

streamlining product development and manufacturing workflows

. Maintain and manage

3D printers and related equipment

. Prepare

reports, project updates, presentations, and data summaries

for the Founder. Act as a

bridge between the Founder and production/manufacturing teams

. Coordinate with the manufacturing division for

iterative product improvements

. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Background or coursework in

Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

,

Mechatronics Engineering

or related technical fields. Basic knowledge of

CAD modeling and design principles

(Fusion 360 preferred).

3D printing technologies and materials experience

. Working knowledge of

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional initiatives and interact effectively with diverse team members.

Good to Have

Hands-on experience with

CAD & 3D printing

. Basic

electronics knowledge

. Basic understanding of

project management concepts

Stipend & Probation

1-month unpaid probationary period

. Based on performance, a

stipend

will be provided after probation.
