We are hiring a
Founders Office - Finance Associate
to support financial operations and strategic initiatives. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and offers exposure to org-wide performance, investor updates, and cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting (Zoho Books).
Track sales and organizational performance metrics.
Support investor relations with data, reports, and presentations.
Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) and employee reimbursements.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and assist with audits.
Support key initiatives and provide financial insights to leadership.
Requirements
1-2 years experience in finance, accounting, or business operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Knowledge of Zoho Books/Payroll preferred.
Must be based in Bangalore.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30.00 - ₹50.00 per month
