We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Founder's Office Executive to work closely with the leadership team. The role includes creating pitch decks, conducting market research, supporting business development, and handling strategic projects to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality
pitch decks
and presentations for internal and client use.
Conduct
market research
and
market analysis
to support strategy and decision-making.
Support
business development
, lead follow-ups, and client coordination.
Prepare documents, reports, and data using
MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
.
Use
AI tools
to improve productivity, analysis, and content creation.
Design content and presentations using
Canva
.
Work directly with the
Founder
on operational and strategic tasks.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience
in a similar role (Founder's Office, Business Analyst, BD, Operations, or related).
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in
MS Office
and
Canva
.
Ability to perform structured research and present insights clearly.
Comfortable using
AI tools
and modern digital platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
