About the Role

ServerCake is looking for a highly organized, sharp, and proactive Founder's Office Executive to support and coordinate with our three Founders. This role demands professionalism, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to handle high-level tasks with confidentiality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Founder Calendar & Scheduling

Manage and coordinate calendars for all three Founders. Schedule internal reviews, client discussions, investor meetings, and strategy sessions. Ensure timely reminders, zero scheduling conflicts, and complete meeting preparedness.
Travel & Logistics

Handle the full spectrum of travel arrangements for Founders. Book flights, hotels, cabs, and prepare detailed travel itineraries. Manage rescheduling and last-minute changes effortlessly. Must be willing to travel for meetings, events, and coordination when required.
Investor & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate investor meetings, reviews, client interactions, and special appointments. Prepare agendas, meeting notes, briefing documents, and presentations. Execute post-meeting follow-ups and track action items to closure.
Internal Coordination

Work closely with Sales, HR, Tech, and Operations to ensure Founders' instructions are executed on time. Follow up on pending deliverables and provide timely updates. Act as a single communication channel between Founders and teams.
Communication & Documentation

Draft official emails, proposals, and business communication on behalf of Founders. Maintain minutes, trackers, reports, and dashboards. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all correspondence.
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability. High attention to detail and a proactive approach. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules. Experience in Google Workspace, MS Office, scheduling tools, and CRM (preferred). Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Qualification

Any Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder's Office Executive, Admin Coordinator, or similar role. Experience in a tech/startup environment is an added advantage.
