Founder's Office Executive (Product Development)
to work closely with the Founder and support product development activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want to learn how products are built from idea to launch and are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Freshers with strong interest in product development are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Founder in planning and executing product development activities
Coordinate with design, production, marketing, and operations teams
Track product development timelines and follow up on tasks
Support research on new product ideas, materials, and market trends
Help in product documentation, specifications, and reports
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams
Support testing, feedback collection, and product improvements
Maintain records related to product development
Requirements:
Freshers or 1-3 years of experience in product development, operations, or related roles can apply
Strong interest in product development and business operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
